Thomas the Tank Engine

 After what seemed like weeks of bad weather, we got a beautiful day today and got to see and ride Thomas the Tank Engine. Anyone with little boys knows that Thomas is a very BIG DEAL! And to our Thomas you don't get much better than Thomas the Tank Engine (except for Curious George, who runs a very, very close second)!

A Day Out with Thomas --The Tank Engine, that is!

The day was PERFECT! We pursuaded all the grandparents, 2 aunts, an uncle and 3 cousins to come with us. Thomas was in heaven. Thomas the Tank Engine -- does it get any better than that. We got to ride Thomas, see Sir Toppem Hat and spend some time outside.

Michele, Aunt Mo to Thomas, went out to Eric's family's place in Marshall, TX and caught this 8+ pound catfish! Men Envy Her, Fish Fear Her!

My Story Dress

 

Aunt Goo (My sister, Jheri) gave this dress to me at Sam's baby shower. Anyone who was there, knows I made a complete fool of myself -- I bawled like a baby when I opened the package. The dress has a story embroidered under each ruffle. For some reason, this dress is very special to me. Sam will be able to wear it for several more months. I hope she likes it!
